Thee Juana (Stratford) Cullers, 90, passed away June 12, 2017. She was born August 7, 1926 in Tifton, GA to Ben and Laura Howard. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1944.
She was a very active member, and held many positions at Mallalieu United Methodist Church. Later she united with Love's Chapel Seventh Day Adventist.
Special thanks to her wonderful employer of many years, Breck, Carolyn (Alex) Speed whom she loved dearly. Earlier, she was employed by Mr. Jerome Ney.

Thee Juana (Stratford) Cullers, 90, passed away June 12, 2017. She was born August 7, 1926 in Tifton, GA to Ben and Laura Howard. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1944.
She was a very active member, and held many positions at Mallalieu United Methodist Church. Later she united with Love's Chapel Seventh Day Adventist.

She had been a member of the Anna T. Strickland Club, The Young Ladies Social Club, The VFW organization, The Red Hat Society, The Reynolds Cancer Support House, and a den mother for the Boys Scout.
United in Matrimony to Howard Stratford Jr (deceased) in 1950, six children were born. In 1987, she married George Cullers (deceased).
She is survived by two loving daughters, Judy Stratford Christian and Pamela Stratford; two daughters-in-law, Constance Hardwick Stratford and Marilyn White Stratford; a step-daughter Christie Brown, and four sons, Stanley, Sterling (Ruth), Seth and Stacy; three sisters, Thelma Henderson (Booker) of Gary, IN, Susie Shinault of Fort Smith, and Lelia Sweet of Tacoma, WA.
12 grandchildren, Spencer, Yohance, Bronson, Mia, King, Kraig, Quincy, Sherrill, Kirby, Lakresha, Senitca, Sage, and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded death by two sons Billie, and Steve; a daughter, Jacqueline; a sister, Katherine Wilson; a brother J. W. Howard, and her parents.
Funeral service will be Friday at 11:00 AM at the Pavilion at National Cemetery with burial to follow under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
The family will visit with friends at Edwards Funeral Home, Thursday from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
